QUALITYCLICK Spring 2026 – Update

    Dear clients,

We have been around for nearly 26 years now: QUALITYCLICK launched in May 2000 as the first inhouse affiliate tracking solution in the German-speaking market. The software has changed a thousand times since then, but its core never has. Your program, your data, your design, your domain. Everything runs on our own hardware servers in Berlin, exclusively within the EU. No detour through third-party providers, no loss of control. That was true in 2000 and it is equally true today.

We are now fundamentally redesigning QUALITYCLICK. New design, better usability, new features. When you build software for 26 years, you eventually know exactly where the interface is too cumbersome in daily use. Click paths that are too long. Views that show too much and hide what matters. Workflows that cost unnecessary steps. I have been sitting down with our team for months now; we are cleaning it up.

The new design is not the goal. Better results for you are the goal.

    What is coming

    E-invoicing

From 2027, electronic invoicing will be mandatory for B2B transactions in Germany. We are building this directly into QUALITYCLICK: no third-party service, no add-on module, integrated directly into your existing processes. E-invoicing sounds like a bullet point on a feature list. In practice it involves complex processes around formats, validation, and transmission channels. We are reviewing, developing, and testing it carefully before it goes live.

    Two-factor authentication (2FA)

Anyone with multiple users in their program will be able to protect all logins with a second layer. A password alone is no longer enough today. That applies to your QUALITYCLICK instance just as much as any other system you use daily.

    First-party tracking

Already running for almost all our clients. For everyone else, 2026 is a good moment. Safari and Firefox have been blocking third-party cookies completely for years, and around 30 percent of mobile users in Germany are simply invisible to classic network solutions as a result. Not to yours, if the setup is right. We have significantly simplified the setup process and rewritten the documentation. Reach out if you would like to configure this.

    Email delivery: DKIM and SPF

One thing many clients have not yet activated, even though it makes a direct difference: when QUALITYCLICK sends emails on your behalf, whether notifications, invoices, or publisher communications, DKIM and SPF determine whether those emails arrive safely or end up in spam. Both entries can be set in your DNS settings. If you are unsure about this, get in touch with us. We will help you set it up.

    What I need from you

You work with the software every day. That means you see things we do not. Processes you find cumbersome. Features you wish existed. Areas you almost never touch.

What would you change in QUALITYCLICK first, if you could?

We read everything and respond to everything. Write to us: info@qualityclick.com or call us: +49 30 944 08 730

Thank you for being with us, thank you for your trust, and thank you for your support over all these years.

    With kind regards from Berlin,

    Jan Bischoff
