    Commissions & Terms

    Yes, terms can be changed at any time. The change takes effect immediately for all transactions received from that point on. Previous settlements and pending commissions remain unaffected. An internal commission history ensures that even when older transactions are retroactively changed, the terms that were in effect at the time the transaction was created are always applied.

    Payouts & Billing

    You pay out yourself: QUALITYCLICK handles the billing and creates printable PDF credit notes. For the bank transfer, the system generates an EBICS file for SEPA batch transfers that you import directly into your banking software. With a single TAN, you then execute all transfers. The billing data can also be exported as Excel and CSV files.

    Tracking & Technology

    Leads and sales are captured in real-time and are immediately visible. Clicks and views (impressions) appear in the statistics with approximately 15 minutes delay. Duplicate clicks from the same IP address and cookie ID are counted only once within this period.

    Partners & Management

    Yes, affiliates can be grouped on 5 levels: program grouping (program-specific), system grouping (cross-program), tracking channels (e.g. SEM, SEO, coupon), manager-specific groups and tags.

    Data Protection & Security

    No. Your program is a closed system that only you control. The data of your affiliates and partnerships remains entirely your property. We do not share data and do not use it ourselves. Except for maintenance or individual development, we never intervene in the operation of your affiliate program. You do not share your system with other providers. All data is continuously backed up and transferred to multiple backup systems.
