Personal Details

Under My Account → Personal Details you manage all your account information. Required fields are marked with *.

Master Data

Company, salutation, first name*, last name*, date of birth*, language (German/English).

Email Notifications

Three separate settings control which emails you receive:

• Statistics email: Choose whether you want to receive an automatic statistics summary — daily (for the previous day), weekly (Mondays for the previous week) or monthly (on the 1st for the previous month). Or disable the statistics email.
• Info email: Yes (email on new leads & sales) or No (no notification)
• Newsletter: Yes (subscribe to newsletter) or No

Contact Details

Street and no.*, postal code and city*, country*, state, email address, accounting email address (separate address for billing emails), phone/mobile, contact phone, fax.

Websites

Main URL, site title, description, online since, monthly visitors, additional URLs.

Password

New password (minimum 6 characters, including 1 number) with confirmation. The current password must be entered to make changes.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

QUALITYCLICK supports two-factor authentication for additional account security. In the "Two-Factor Authentication" section you see:

• Status: Whether 2FA is activated and which method (e.g. email code)
• Change method: Switch the 2FA method
• Remove known browsers: Resets all browsers marked as trusted
• Deactivate: Completely disables 2FA

API Credentials

In the "API" section you find your personal interface credentials:

• Ident / Keyphrase: Your API credentials for the SOAP Affiliate API
• Regenerate WSDL: Creates a new WSDL file for your API integration
• Renew CSV key for exports: Generates a new key for automated CSV exports (under Reports → Transactions → Export)

Tax Information

Select your VAT status:

• No - Private
• International
• (Small) business without VAT ID
• EU business: Reverse charge
• Business with VAT ID

For "Business with VAT ID", additionally enter your tax number and/or VAT ID. After verification by the manager, you receive your commissions plus VAT.

Bank Details

Under "Account information for payouts" select the payout method (e.g. IBAN transfer/SEPA) and enter: account holder, bank name and address, IBAN, BIC/SWIFT code.

Payout Minimum

You can set a personal payout minimum. This can only be higher than the system-wide minimum set by the program operator.

Under Support you send feedback, suggestions and questions directly to your affiliate manager.
