Programs
Manage your partner programs — overview, applications and program information.
Program Overview
Under Program → Application you see all programs: approved, pending applications and ended/paused programs.
Program Information
Under Program → Information you find per program: cookie duration, total clicks and commissions, program description. Here you can also enable or disable the program newsletter.
Newsletter Settings
In the "Overview" tab of each program you find the Newsletter Settings. Choose via dropdown whether you want to subscribe to the program's newsletter:
- Yes - Subscribe to newsletter
- No - Newsletter not desired
Click "Save" to apply the setting.
Program Statistics
In the "Statistics" tab you see the same four charts as on the dashboard (Views/Clicks, Commission, Transactions, Total Commission) — here only for the selected program.
Products & Commissions
Under Program → Commissions you see a list of all currently applicable commissions. CSV export available.
How Your Commission Is Calculated
Your commission is determined by the combination of commission product and commission tier:
- Commission product: Defines what is compensated (e.g. "Sale", "Lead", "App Installation"). Each program can have multiple products.
- Commission tier: Defines how much you receive. Different partners can be in different tiers. You can see your current tier and commission under Program → Products & Commissions.
Commission types:
- Fixed amount: A fixed amount per transaction (e.g. €5.00 per lead)
- Percentage: A percentage of the net basket value (e.g. 8% of revenue)
A change in commission tier only affects new transactions. Your existing pending commissions remain unchanged.
Refer-a-Partner
If the program offers a referral program, you can recruit new partners and earn from their revenue (2nd tier).
How It Works
- Go to your Dashboard — there you'll find the "Referred Partners" link
- Your referral link is a creative that points to the program's sign-up page and contains your PartnerID
- When a new partner signs up via your link, they are registered as your referred partner
- You receive a 2nd tier commission on all transactions that your referred partner generates
Example
Your referred partner generates a sale of €100 in revenue. They receive 5% (€5.00) as 1st tier. You receive 0.5% (€0.50) as 2nd tier — without having referred a customer yourself.
You can see the 2nd tier rate under Program → Products & Commissions (column "Tier 2").
