QUALITYCLICK 2019 – Customer Journey Update

    There's news. QUALITYCLICK continues to evolve. Since releasing QUALITYCLICK 6, we have – in collaboration with our clients – developed several new features we'd like to share with you.

    Customer Journey Tracking with click/view history per transaction

    For all transactions, user click and view paths are extracted from log files and written to the database. Clicking on any transaction shows the full visitor path up to the conversion point. This allows you to analyse which affiliates contributed to a lead or sale, and which creatives and affiliate pages led to the conversion.

    Country of origin stored per transaction

    In addition to existing data such as partner, click time, creative, and SubID, the visitor's IP address is now resolved to a country of origin via geo-IP database. This makes fraud detection significantly easier. On request, we can extend this feature to accept only transactions from specific countries such as Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

    Direct tracking link displayed alongside creatives

    Previously, text creatives showed affiliates only the full HTML code including link and view pixel. Now a direct tracking link is also available – ideal for use in emails, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and other channels.
