Email & Newsletter

    How to communicate with your partners — from personalized emails to newsletters and automated reminders.

    Message to partner

    Under Communication → Message select recipients from the partner list (search by name, company, URL, tags, groups), choose a template and send.

    Newsletter

    Under Communication → Newsletter send bulk emails with filters by partner group, channel, program and language. You can send immediately or schedule for a future date. A recipient preview shows the selection. Test sending to a PartnerID is available.

    Email templates

    Under Communication → Templates you manage all email texts. Templates can be system-wide or per program (in HTML or text format).

    Standard templates (21, each in German and English):

    • 2FA code (two-factor authentication for partners)
    • Manager 2FA code
    • Manager password request
    • Message to partner (standard / approval / rejection / deletion)
    • Partner sign-up confirmation
    • Partner data change notification
    • Partner password request
    • Partner newsletter
    • Commission statement (with PDF credit note)

    Placeholders

    Placeholders are replaced with partner data on sending:

    Signature

    Store your signature (closing formula, contact details) as a separate block. The placeholder <% Signature %> inserts it into every template.

    System email addresses

    Under Communication → Addresses you store recipients for: new partner sign-ups, data changes, support requests and payout documents.

    Reminders

    Partner reminders: Under Partners → Details → Programs you can set date-based reminders. You receive an email on the reminder date.

    Automatic partner reminder: In the settings menu, enable automatic reminder emails for partners who haven't logged in for an extended period.

    Program description & legal texts

    Under Communication → Program Description you manage all texts displayed to partners in their login area: system description, T&C, privacy policy, imprint, and program-specific descriptions.

    Contact partners from statistics

    A common workflow: identify a group of partners in a report and contact them directly.

    1. Open a report (e.g. Reporting → Partner Development)
    2. Select desired partners via checkbox
    3. Add selected partners to a partner group
    4. Go to Communication → Newsletter and select the group as recipients
    5. Compose your message and send
    💡Tip
    Use Partner Development to identify inactive partners: compare two periods, select partners with significant decline and send them a reactivation newsletter.
